For larger item deliveries, we use verified third-party logistics companies who specialize in large, bulky item deliveries. We aim to have your products delivered to you within the time frame of between 3-5 working days.

For large and heavy items, customer may be required to assist the driver. For insurance reasons, delivery is only on the ground floor. When you receive the delivery, please check the item before the courier departs so that you can return it in case of rare damage. If the item cannot be inspected at the time of delivery, we will allow the claim for damages within 24 hours of signing the item. Claims for damages outside this period may be refused. The delivery team will contact you regarding the appropriate delivery date. In most cases, the delivery will include an ETA time slot and will be notified by call or SMS. Once a delivery time has been confirmed by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they will be available to receive the goods from the courier/delivery, otherwise, a re-delivery charge will apply.
